Ali graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN) in 2015, earning the designation of Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN). In addition, she studied Honours Health Sciences at the University of Western Ontario (2010-2014) and graduated as an Occupational Therapist and Physiotherapist Assistant from Georgian College (2018). She has additional training in Culinary Nutrition, Fall Prevention, and is currently undergoing her Yoga Teacher training. Ali has worked in a mental health hospital, long term care facilities, and in health food stores. She has also volunteered with children with special needs such as Autism, Down syndrome and ADHD. Through these experiences she has gained a special interest in digestive health, healthy aging, mental health, fatigue, brain injury and much more.
