Chanelle is a certified nutritional practitioner at Koru Nutrition. Chanelle Landriault is a graduate of the Institute of Holistic Nutrition with first class honours. Chanelle also holds a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education from Laurentian University and is a certified Schwinn indoor cycling instructor.

While completing her studies at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition, Chanelle completed a 100-hour clinical placement alongside a Naturopathic Doctor specializing in women’s health. Through their research and work with clients, she developed extensive knowledge in the areas of sustainable weight loss, PCOS, thyroid, allergies, as well as therapeutic diets such as the autoimmune protocol, low histamine, salicylate sensitivity, and oxalate sensitivity diets.
In her practice, Chanelle specializes in digestive health, weight loss, skin health and detoxification. Her hopes are to inspire and empower you to make positive changes to your health. She believes that in order to feel your best and thrive in all areas of your life, you need quality sleep and food, plus regular exercise. In her practice, she aims to gives you all the tools you need to become your healthiest self.
Chanelle is very passionate about all things health related and writes about her nutrition areas of focus as well as many other topics on her health and wellness blog. In addition to being a holistic nutritionist, she is an indoor cycling instructor. Chanelle has also worked as an outreach worker for immigrants and worked as an early childhood educator assistant. She has done volunteer for numerous organizations.
When she is not seeing clients, researching or sharing her knowledge, Chanelle is spending time with her family and friends or doing some form of exercise whether that’s weight training, spinning, or hiking in the Greater Sudbury trails. Chanelle also enjoys reading health related books and creating different recipes while listening to a podcast.
Chanelle is fluent in both French and English.
