Susan Ward has 25 years experience working as a Clinical Dietitian in a variety of settings. She graduated with an Honors BSc. in Nutrition from Brescia College at Western University in 1992, and completed a clinical Dietetic Internship at Victoria Hospital in London, Ontario in 1993. She has spent the past 16 years working with the Clinical Neurosciences program at University campus at London Health Science Centre, working with people suffering from acute brain and spinal cord injuries, epilepsy, neurological disorders and cancers. She has extensive expertise working with tube feeding and dysphagia diets. In previous positions Susan has worked in diabetes education and management, mental health and Home Care. Sue has special interest in obesity management, the role of diet in the microbiome and helping people to heal unhealthy relationships with food, and continues to pursue additional learning in these areas.
