White Bean Hummus

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Dry White Beans (soak for 8-12 hours and rinse well, cook for 45 minutes until soft)
  • 2 tbsp Refined Avocado Oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice (or the juice of one lemon)
  • 1-2 tsp Finely Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Sunflower Seed Oil
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine in a food processor and mix well.
