  • Comprehensive full health history assessment completed online prior to the assessment
  • This nutritionist will review this prior to the consulting service. The reason we do the thorough medical and nutrition review prior to our session is to ensure that our face to face time is dedicated to your issues and not gathering information
  • Initial consultation
  • After our consult you will receive a customized nutrition program, which will include a weekly meal plan with a full recipe file and an accompanying grocery list as well as supplement recommendations and then a behavioral implementation support plan if required.
