Jessica is a holistic nutritionist and life coach who believes that the relationship you have with food is a reflection of the relationship you have with yourself. Jessica graduated with honours with a Bachelor of health science with a minor in Spanish from Ottawa University. She graduated as a certified nutritionist from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in 2019 and has been working as a nutritionist since then. Jessica is also a certified Life coach. Her credentials and experience allow her to integrate a bio-psycho-social approach to health; meaning that she considers your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

Recognizing the vital link between gut health and mental-emotional well-being (gut-brain connection), she uses a bio-individual approach to address the root causes of gut issues, emotional eating, and mood imbalances. She also has specific interests helping clients with insomnia, burnout & stress management.
