Comprehensive Individualized Nutrition Program ($450 + HST)

- Comprehensive full health history assessment completed online prior to the assessment
- This nutritionist will review this prior to the consulting service. The reason we do the thorough medical and nutrition review prior to our session is to ensure that our face to face time is dedicated to your issues and not gathering information
- Initial consultation
- After our consult you will receive a customized nutrition program, which will include a weekly meal plan with a full recipe file and an accompanying grocery list as well as supplement recommendations and then a behavioral implementation support plan if required.
- 30 minute consult one month after the initial consult

Eight Week Individualized Nutrition Support Program ($749 + HST)

Understand your Child’s Nutrition Needs Program ($599 + HST)

This program is best if you want to understand your child’s underlying nutrition issues and needs in order to provide you with a nutritional starting point to changing your child’s diet. This will include the specific diet that would best suit your child based on their specific behaviors and food preferences.
- 1-1.5 hour comprehensive pediatric nutrition assessment
- The nutritionist will put an extensive package together including an analysis of current issues in diet and potential causes of this, What current nutrition and dietary recommendations are needed that can potentially be influencing behaviors, provide step one of the nutrition plan, dietary and lifestyle recommendations, supplement recommendations and potential additional testing recommendations. It also includes a list of resources and strategies to assist with increasing your client’s repertoire of foods.
- 1 hour consult to review the findings and provide the nutrition program
- After the initial consult you will be provided with the comprehensive individualized nutrition program for your child.

Step by Step Kid’s Nutrition Program ($999 + HST)

Given the complexity of your child’s underlying issues and dietary needs which can be overwhelming as a parent this approach provides nutritional support in a gradual step by step manner to help build on gains made and maximize behavioral changes with the diet.

- 5x 30 minute follow up sessions to provide a gradual step by step process to help change your child’s diet and eating behaviors.
