This way, you’ll get real maple syrup — not just maple-flavored syrup, which can be loaded with refined sugar or high-fructose corn syrup.

Pumpkin Pie Greek Yogourt
- 3/4 cup Plain Greek Yogourt
- 1/3 cup Pureed Pumpkin
- 1 1/2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
- Whisk all of the ingredients together in a bowl until well combined. Enjoy!
